Picked up this bagger today for my Husq. Shelley was awesome as usual, helping me load it up and searching up some parts for a snowblower at practically the same time. Due to Shelley's service it makes the drive up from Alliston well worth it everytime!!

Great experience with recent purchase from the young lady P showing different types of snow blowers to Steve answering mechanical questions-P just forgot to call when it would be delivered-however it came the next day --Shelly helped with noise problem having Jamie stop by and look at issue--overall unless knocking sound from high speed to low speed becomes a further issue when in put into usage once snow arrives it has been a great experience dealing with Mercer equipment --all staff are wiling and eager to assist the customer with a very welcoming approach. Just sorry cannot remember the young lady's name who welcomed me into their show room but believe it started with a P.-sorry do not remember the name of person who delivered machine but he was very cordial as well. --Mercer Equipment keep up the excellent customer interaction.

Fantastic Service, Jessica did a great job finding the snowblower part for a Craftsman from Sears that's 10 years old, no problem. Everyone was fast and efficient. Katelynn was great at answering my questions and followed up promptly on information I needed but she had to find. I will definitely come back for a lot more in the Spring. Very pleased with Mercer. Mercer people have been great everytime I have gone there. Had 2 no start /refusal to run chainsaws serviced recently and found them running like new after Mercer did work on them. Highly recommended
